Industrial Maintenance Supervisor

BHS Corrugated North America is seeking a hands-on Industrial Maintenance Supervisor to lead and support our operations in Piscataway, NJ. This role is ideal for a working leader who thrives on the floor, knows how to guide a team, and isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves when needed.

What You’ll Do

• Lead day-to-day M2P operations, ensuring materials, components, and assemblies are staged and delivered efficiently to support production schedules

• Supervise, coach, and develop M2P technicians, setting clear expectations around safety, quality, and productivity

• Actively participate in daily work as needed, supporting the team during high-volume or time-sensitive periods

• Coordinate closely with Production, Service, Logistics, and Engineering teams to ensure smooth workflow and issue resolution

• Monitor inventory flow, material accuracy, and process efficiency; identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities

• Enforce safety standards, company policies, and best practices across the department

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in a supervisory or lead role within manufacturing, material handling, or production support

• Strong understanding of shop-floor operations, material flow, and inventory control

• A true “player-coach” mindset—comfortable leading while also contributing hands-on

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Ability to prioritize, problem-solve, and adapt in a fast-paced industrial environment
