Industrial Maintenance Technician
Location: Brown Deer, WI metro (within 45 min commute)
Schedule: Full-time, permanent – 2nd shift (3 pm–11 pm) or 3rd shift (11 pm–7 am)
Pay: $30–$38 / hour (based on experience) + multiple annual bonuses
Employment Type: W-2, no remote, no relocation assistance
Eligibility: U.S. citizen or Green Card holder

What You’ll Do

• Maintain and troubleshoot industrial automation equipment and robotics
• Read and interpret mechanical drawings and electrical schematics
• Program, monitor, and debug Allen-Bradley and Siemens PLCs (AC/DC systems)
• Perform preventative maintenance on pneumatics and hydraulic systems
• Conduct basic welding and fabrication as needed

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: 3+ years maintaining industrial machinery on 2nd or 3rd shift
• Technical Skills:
• Strong pneumatics troubleshooting and repair
• Ability to read mechanical drawings & electrical schematics
• PLC experience with Allen-Bradley or Siemens
• Basic welding proficiency
• Work History: Stable, long-term employment record
• Schedule Flexibility: Willingness to work either 3 pm–11 pm or 11 pm–7 am, weekdays
• Eligibility: U.S. citizen or Green Card holder
