Exciting opportunity as an Maintenance Technician to join the team of a global company at their Oxnard, Ca location. The Maintenance Technician will conduct proactive maintenance approach to provide the highest quality services to ensure optimal asset availability.

The ideal candidate will have:

• 2+yrs Maintenance Experience in a Facilities/Industrial/Manufacturing/Lab setting
• Experience using Hand/Power/Bench/Shop Tools to include Precision Measuring Equipment (multi-meters/calipers etc).
• Arc/Stick Welding, Plasma/Acetylene Torch
• Strong organizational, and communications skills,
• Flexible and Team focused, committed to completing the job
• Experience working with CMMS/ERP, SAP, MS Office, preferred
• Certified Forklift/Boom operator or willing to Certify
• Valid Drivers License
• Able to lift/move up to 50lbs independently

• Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing complex periodic preventive maintenance inspections, procedures, and tasks. Additionally, they will process work requests and other data through the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS). This role involves repairing equipment, solving facility problems, and ensuring smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform complex periodic preventive maintenance inspections, procedures, and tasks on Manufacturing Equipment in a Team Environment with a focus on safety!
• Process work requests and other data through the CMMS.
• Repair Manufacturing Equipment and help resolve facility service ticket requests.
• Able to operate power sweeper, forklift, scissor lift, and boom lift proficiently.
• Conduct daily inspections and minor maintenance on power sweeper, forklift, scissor lift, air compressors, and rotating equipment.
• Repair equipment with minimum instructions, including arc welding, soldering, brazing, etc., when requested.
• Utilize various electrical and mechanical measurement devices, including micrometers, depth gauges, feeler gauges, dial gauges, voltmeter, caliper, etc.
• Familiarity with specifications of pip fittings, shop hand tools, drills and taps, bearings, belts, seals, lubrication, pumps, and motors.
