Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues using diagnostic tools
• Perform preventive maintenance on motors, conveyors, and manufacturing equipment
• Conduct equipment adjustments and alignments to ensure optimal performance
• Replace defective components and perform major service overhauls
• Interpret technical drawings and schematics to perform accurate repairs
• Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities using CMMS
• Assist with process improvements and equipment reliability initiatives
• Mentor junior technicians and support cross-functional maintenance efforts

What You'll Bring:

• High school diploma or GED required
• 5+ years of experience in industrial maintenance or manufacturing
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
• Ability to read technical manuals, schematics, and use precision measuring tools
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and computerized maintenance systems (CMMS)
• Comfortable operating shop equipment (e.g., drill press, band saw, power tools)
• Understanding of safe work practices and environmental protocols
• 2-year Technical Degree (preferred)

Physical and Safety Requirements:

• Ability to work in an industrial environment (lift, bend, climb, etc.)
• Must follow all safety protocols and report any unsafe conditions immediately
