Industrial Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a 2nd or 3rd Shift Maintenance Technician to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain plant equipment, both electrical and mechanical, to ensure safety, reliability, and maximum uptime.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical and electrical systems on production equipment.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to reduce downtime and extend equipment life.
• Install, modify, and service industrial electrical systems, including wiring, conduits, and controls.
• Read and interpret mechanical/electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings.
• Support general maintenance tasks, including plumbing, welding, and fabrication.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, fire, and electrical safety standards.
• Work collaboratively with team members, supervisors, and vendors to maintain smooth operations.
• Keep detailed and accurate maintenance logs, safety records, and training documentation.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience OR a combination of technical school training and hands-on experience.
• Strong skills in electrical and mechanical troubleshooting, including AC/DC motor controls, PLCs, pneumatics, and hydraulics.
• Ability to read schematics and perform precise problem-solving under pressure.
• Familiarity with networked systems, industrial computers, and automation software.
• Strong commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork.
