Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our clients 3rd shift operations. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing both mechanical and electrical production equipment to ensure maximum uptime, safety, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical issues on plant machinery and systems.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to reduce equipment downtime.
• Install, modify, and service electrical wiring, conduits, and control systems.
• Interpret and work from mechanical/electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings.
• Support general maintenance duties (fabrication, plumbing, welding).
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, fire, and electrical safety codes.
• Maintain accurate documentation of maintenance activities and safety trainings.
• Collaborate with teammates, management, and vendors to support smooth operations.

Must-Have Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant industrial maintenance experience, OR equivalent technical school training plus work experience.
• Strong expertise in electrical and mechanical systems: AC/DC motor control, PLCs, pneumatic & hydraulic systems.
• Proven ability to read schematics and perform precise troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with networked systems and industrial computer hardware/software.
