Industrial Maintenance Technician

Pro Mechanical Services Co. is seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician. Candidates must have 5+ years of proven experience in this field and lead or senior experience. Pay and Job Info:

• Pay: $38- $42 Hour based on previous experience.
• Schedule: Monday- Friday working 8-10 hour shifts and some Saturdays

Job Duties:

• Lead a team of maintenance technicians to ensure safe, timely, and efficient completion of maintenance tasks.
• Coordinate daily work orders, preventative maintenance schedules, and emergency repairs.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Ensure equipment and facility downtime is minimized through effective planning and quick response.
• Develop and maintain maintenance logs, inventory records, and compliance documentation.
• Work closely with production leadership to prioritize maintenance needs based on operational demands.
• Train, mentor, and evaluate maintenance team members to ensure skill development and performance.
• Support and enforce company safety policies and procedures, ensuring all work is done safely and in compliance with OSHA and other regulations.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to process optimization.

Job Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED required; technical degree or certification in industrial maintenance, electrical, or mechanical systems preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of industrial maintenance experience, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead role.
• Knowledge and ability to troubleshoot and repair CNC machines
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing equipment, including PLCs, conveyors, pumps, motors, and HVAC systems.
• Proficient in reading blueprints, schematics, and equipment manuals.
• Demonstrated leadership and team-building skills.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational abilities.
• Experience with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) preferred.
