Industrial Maintenance Technician

Job Summary:
We are hiring a skilled Industrial Mechanic / Maintenance Technician to join our team in Dover, NJ. This is a hands-on role focused on industrial machinery repair, hydraulic systems, and TIG welding. Ideal candidates have strong troubleshooting skills and experience with gearboxes, bearings, and mechanical assemblies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of industrial equipment
• Assemble, rebuild, and align gearboxes, shafts, motors, and bearings
• Diagnose and repair hydraulic systems and presses
• Fabricate parts using TIG & Fusion welding
• Read and interpret mechanical blueprints
• Conduct inspections to ensure equipment efficiency and safety
• Complete field service visits to customer sites as needed

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience as an Industrial Mechanic / Machine Mechanic
• Strong skills in hydraulics (assembly & troubleshooting required)
• TIG & Fusion welding experience (certification preferred)
• Experience with machining, grinding, and polishing metals
• Knowledge of bearing replacement, seals, and gearbox repair
• Basic electrical wiring (motors, switches) is a plus
• Valid driver's license required
