Industrial Maintenance Technician - 3rd Shift

Position Summary

This is not a facilities maintenance role. We’re hiring hands-on Industrial Maintenance Mechanics to support and maintain key production equipment. You’ll work directly with mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems critical to our operations.

What You'll Do

• Install, maintain, and repair plant equipment (boilers, pumps, pelletizers, conveyors, etc.) 
• Perform preventive maintenance on mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and steam systems 
• Troubleshoot and repair minor electrical components (motors, relays, fuses) 
• Assist operators with changeovers and equipment adjustments 
• Log maintenance activities and complete PM documentation 
• Use instrumentation tools to monitor flow, temperature, pressure, etc. 
• Perform welding, pipe fitting, and occasional facility-related work
   

What You Bring:

• 5+ years’ experience in mechanical, pneumatic, and electrical troubleshooting 
• 5+ years’ experience in welding, pipe fitting, and instrumentation 
• 3+ years’ experience with electrical and plumbing systems 
• Strong mechanical aptitude and basic computer skills 
• Working knowledge of PLCs is a plus 
• Bonus points for experience with:
  • Plastics industry equipment (injection molding, blow molding, extrusion)
  • Material blenders, rotary compression systems, etc.
