Industrial Maintenance Technician

•Responsible for lubricating machines, components and tools.
•Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on machines and equipment to perform reading and interpretation of mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic drawings and parts exchange.
•Documentation of technical information and reports.
•To manufacture and repair elements of machines such as parts and accessories by the mechanical machining process.
•Maintenance in mechanical machines.
•Follow up with the machine operators, aiming at reducing waste, guiding operational training for employees that works on packaging machines.
•PM's (currently no schedule for this)
•Troubleshooting and fixing Fillers/Sealers
•Pearson Packaging line
•Palletizer
•Stretch Wrapper
•Blend Tanks
•PLC troubleshooting - Allen Bradley/ siemens
Shift:
5:00pm-5:00am 3-2-2 schedule
$28-$34/hr based on experience
Shift differential:
•$1.50 for being on night shift
•Saturday shift- extra 50 cents
•Sunday shift- extra $1
