Industrial Maintenance Technician - Chillers

Shift: 7 AM - 3 PM, Mon-Fri, rotating Saturdays

Pay: $34-$40/hour (weekly pay)

Schedule: Full-time, occasional OT based on workload

What You’ll Do

• Diagnose and repair chiller systems - Work on chillers, HVAC equipment, temperature control units, and related components.
• Perform mechanical/electrical modification work - Repair compressors, motors, pumps, fans, piping, switches, VSDs, and more.
• Conduct leak testing and Freon charging - Repair leaks and restore systems to prescribed operating pressure.
• Ensure equipment efficiency - Inspect mechanical systems for performance and safety compliance.
• Use CMMS for documentation - Log work orders and support parts kit creation and updates.
• Track downtime - Maintain accurate downtime records and issue work requests when equipment needs attention.

Requirements

• EPA Section 608 Certification (Universal)
• 5+ years of experience with commercial/industrial chillers
• Ability to read/interpret drawings and write repair reports
• Associate degree in industrial electronics or relevant technical trade certificate (preferred)
• Strong collaboration, learning agility, and attention to detail
