Location: Fremont, Ohio | Shift: First Shift, Monday–Thursday

Are you a hands-on problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment? We’re looking for a skilled Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our team and help keep our food manufacturing facility running at peak performance.

What You’ll Do:

• Troubleshoot and repair a wide range of production machinery with accuracy and urgency.
• Perform scheduled and preventative maintenance to keep operations running smoothly.
• Repair and maintain belts, mixers, conveyors, valves, pumps, and more.
• Use advanced troubleshooting tools to identify and replace faulty components.
• Install and maintain control devices, pressure sensors, and flow systems.
• Assist with electrical maintenance; welding and fabrication experience is a plus.
• Experience with Maintenance Tracking Systems is a strong advantage.
