About the Role:
We’re looking for a skilled Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our first-shift team (Monday–Thursday) at our Fremont, Ohio, food manufacturing facility. You'll play a key role in ensuring our equipment runs smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair production machinery with urgency and precision.
• Perform routine and preventative maintenance to avoid downtime.
• Maintain and repair belts, mixers, pumps, valves, conveyors, and more.
• Use troubleshooting tools to detect and replace faulty parts.
• Install and maintain control devices and pressure/flow sensors.
• Support electrical maintenance; welding/fabrication experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with Maintenance Tracking Systems is helpful.
