About the Role:

We are hiring an Industrial Metal Painter who takes pride in craftsmanship and thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment. This role is essential to ensuring that our trailers and components are expertly finished to meet both functional and aesthetic standards.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

(Other duties may be assigned as needed.)

• Prep and paint trailers and metal components using spray guns
• Assist in cutting metal products: cutting, cleaning, and packing for shipment
• Track inventory and assist in identifying reorder needs
• Support general warehouse cleaning and maintenance
• Maintain safety and sanitation standards throughout the facility

Requirements

Skills and Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience prepping and painting metal using spray guns
• Physically fit to stand, bend, and lift up to 75 lbs throughout the day
• Knowledge of shears, brakes, forklifts, overhead cranes, and stamping presses is a plus
• Reliable, trustworthy, and committed to strong attendance
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Strong communication and time management skills
• Experience tracking supplies and raw materials
• Team-oriented and driven to meet deadlines and production goals
• Adherence to all safety and housekeeping guidelines is essential.
