Job Title: Industrial Painter

We are seeking an experienced Industrial Painter to join our team. As an Industrial Painter, you will be responsible for preparing and painting various industrial surfaces, mainly steel. You will work with a variety of tools and equipment to ensure that all surfaces are properly prepared and painted to meet our high standards.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Industrial Painter
• Knowledge of painting techniques and materials
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Ability to follow safety procedures and wear appropriate protective equipment
• Good communication skills
• High school diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and priming as necessary
• Mix and apply paint to various surfaces using brushes, rollers, and spray equipment
• Follow safety procedures and wear appropriate protective equipment
• Maintain and clean all painting equipment and tools.
• Complete preventative maintenance on equipment and spray booth according to procedures
• Ensure that all work is completed on time and to the required quality standards
• Perform inspections to ensure procedural compliance
• Communicate with team members and supervisors to ensure that all work is completed according to specifications

Schedule

Monday to Thursday, 10-hour shifts, 6a to 4:30p. Overtime as needed on Fridays.
