Are you ready to make your mark while working in a fun, hands-on environment? At Performance Fab, we’re looking for a Full-Time Industrial Painter to join our high-energy crew in Seymour, WI. This is your chance to transform steel into works of art, all while being part of a team that values hard work, precision, and a little bit of fun.

What You’ll Do:

• Prep, prime, and paint fabricated steel and components


• Use sprayers, paint guns, and pressure washers like a pro


• Sand, tape, and touch up as needed to deliver a flawless finish


• Unload and move materials safely and efficiently


• Communicate with the Foreman to stay on top of orders and deadlines


• Perform quality checks and report defects


• Occasionally travel for onsite painting projects

What You Bring:

• Valid Class D driver’s license required; CDL A/B is a plus


• Experience with industrial painting is required


• Ability to use paint sprayers, guns, and other finishing tools


• Comfortable working with various surface types


• Forklift experience preferred


• Welding, drilling, or fabrication experience is a bonus


• Flexibility with hours and occasional travel as needed
