Pay: $22–$26/hour
Location: Sand Springs
Shift: Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM–4:30 PM (occasional evenings and weekends may be required)

Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Industrial Painter for a fabrication shop in Sand Springs. The Industrial Painter will be responsible for blasting, coating, and painting steel parts using conventional, airless, and plural component spray systems. The ideal Industrial Painter will be detail-oriented, knowledgeable in coating techniques, and capable of operating forklifts, cranes, and paint equipment.

Required Experience & Skills:
• Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in industrial painting or coatings
• Skilled in conventional and airless spray systems and sandblasting equipment
• Ability to mix paints accurately and apply coatings to precise specifications
• Knowledge of industrial paints, surface prep, and mill gauges
• Must be able to read drawings and blueprints

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
• Blast and prep steel parts before and after fabrication
• Apply paint/coatings according to manufacturer instructions and customer specs
• Maintain, clean, and disassemble spray and blasting equipment
• Follow production schedules and company policies
• Safely operate forklifts and cranes

Work Environment:
• Non-temperature-controlled, loud, and dusty fabrication shop
• Must wear PPE including respirators, sandblasting hoods, safety glasses, and hearing protection

Physical Demands:
• Stand, walk, climb, kneel, and bend for extended periods
• Lift and move up to 50 lbs
• Requires strong vision, including depth and color perception
