If you’re ready to grow and make an impact, we’d love to be on your team.

  • Scheduling & Coordination

    • Use planning software (e.g., SAP, CMMS, Primavera P6, Excel) to assign resources, plan timelines, set critical paths, and monitor progress

    • Coordinate with maintenance, operations, safety, procurement, and other departments to align scheduled work with production needs.

    • Plan, estimate, and schedule large maintenance outages or turnarounds

    • Integrate capital project scope and contractor resources into the overall schedule

    • Evaluate risks, establish critical path milestones, and adjust plans to maintain on-time performance

    • Monitor schedules during execution and revise plans as needed.

  • Documentation & Reporting

    • Maintain historic records and planning data to improve future planning

    • Track and report on manpower, materials, costs, and progress

    • Communicate planning assumptions, risks, and expected outcomes to stakeholders.

Skills you’ll need:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent

  • Strong working knowledge of refinery equipment, maintenance practices, and industrial safety standards

  • Experience developing job plans and work packages for mechanical, rotating, fixed, electrical, or instrumentation work.

  • Resource loading and milestone tracking

  • Total understanding of the Permit to work systems

  • Must be a team player with the ability to work with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals

  • Ability to clearly communicate (verbal and written via phone, e-mail, etc.)

  • Willingness to be on call for after-hours & weekend support periodically

Here’s what will set you apart:

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred in an Engineering)

  • Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, or other scheduling tools

The Rewards:
