What You’ll Do

• Troubleshoot,
  service, repair, and maintain industrial ammonia refrigeration systems
  
• Diagnose issues
  involving compressors, condensers, evaporators, pumps, valves,
  controls, VFDs, and related equipment
  
• Perform emergency
  service, leak response, preventive maintenance, system
  evaluations, and startup support
  
• Read and work from
  P&IDs, electrical schematics, and control drawings
  
• Communicate
  findings, repair needs, and recommendations clearly to customers
  and internal teams
  
• Complete accurate
  field documentation and follow strong safety practices on every job
  
• Help customers
  reduce downtime, improve reliability, and keep refrigeration
  systems operating as they should
  

• Proven industrial refrigeration  field-service  experience
  
• Hands-on
  experience with  ammonia
  refrigeration systems required
  
• Strong
  troubleshooting skills and safe work habits
  
• Ability to work
  independently in the field while contributing to a professional team
  
• Experience with
  compressors, controls, valves, motors, electrical
  troubleshooting, and system startups strongly preferred
  
• RETA CARO/CIRO,
  OSHA, EPA Universal, welding, controls, or electrical experience
  are valued, but practical field skill matters most
  
• Valid driver’s
  license and willingness to travel and participate in on-call
  service as needed
