Job Description - Industrial Sales Manager - Est. $25.00-$49.00/hr
Want to work with some of the world’s largest energy, infrastructure, and aerospace/defense companies? At HYTORC, we are currently pushing the envelope in industrial bolting by designing tooling, fasteners, and software solutions for the world’s most critical infrastructure, energy, and manufacturing applications.
We are looking for an ambitious Sales Professionals to develop new opportunities in our key markets — including energy, infrastructure, aerospace & defense, oil & gas, and more. As a BDR, your role will be to create new business relationships by contacting and communicating with potential customers. This position requires strong sales and business development skills to acquire new clients and support our existing clients. Industry knowledge is also a plus.
Qualifications / Skills: 2-3 years of industrial sales experience a plus Fearless approach to calling on new business clients and setting meetings Industry knowledge of oil & gas, energy, infrastructure
and/or
experience interacting and selling into Maintenance Managers, Project Managers, and Safety Managers Well spoken, strong phone presence Able to work both independently and within a team Self-motivated, hardworking and reliable Experience with Microsoft Office Excellent written and communications skills; effective listener Able to build instant rapport and understand customers’ needs Effective time management, multi-tasking skills, and organizational skills Access to your own laptop and phone Above all else - hungry, humble and smart. Self-motivated and can get passionate about helping companies build safer and faster with our tools
