As an Industrial Security Analyst \u2013 Level 3 or Level 4 located in Aurora, CO, you\u2019ll be a linchpin in missions of paramount importance, defining the art of the possible from day one. This position is 100% onsite and cannot accommodate telecommute work. \n\nThe Industrial Security Analyst \u2013 Level 3 or Level 4 will serve as a Contractor Program Security Officer (CPSO) and support all security activities and operations. The selected candidate will be a member to our Program Security Team and regularly collaborate with colleagues across multiple locations. They will ensure security compliance with government and company regulations and strive for excellence in executing security milestones in several security disciplines (DoD, SAP, \u0026 SCI). They will also have the responsibility of administering comprehensive security programs and procedures for classified or proprietary materials, documents, and equipment.\n\nIn this job, you will:\n\n * Support a fast-paced, high-profile program; creating, maintaining, and leveraging working relationships with internal and external customers\n * Author clear, comprehensive Concept-of-Operations (CONOPS) documents for a variety of security initiatives\n * Manage program security compliance and operations across multiple functions, including security SCIF and/or SAPF administration, PHYSEC, COMSEC, PERSEC, OPSEC, Contract Security, SETA, Investigations, Visitor Control, and Document Control Management\n * Develop and deliver presentations to internal and external stakeholders with security updates\n * Study and implement company and federal security policies, regulations, and procedures that apply to company operations\n * Provide Security support for ground surveys and mission operations\n * Obtain rulings, interpretations, and acceptable deviations for compliance with regulations from government agencies\n * Develop and implement security education programs. Conduct internal security audits. Investigate security violations and prepare reports specifying preventive action to be taken\n * Ensure adherence to contractual guidance for classified programs and cleared facilities in accordance with the DD Form 254, DoD Contract Security Classification Specifications guidance\n * Assist program managers and professional staff in interpreting, applying, and complying with program Security Classification Guides (SCG)\n * Develop and implement OPSEC/ Program protection plans\n * Provide personnel security (PERSEC) support to include but not limited to reviewing and processing required documentation in support of SCI and SAP nomination processes; maintain PERSEC databases; prepare and administer program indoctrination and debriefings; access, review, and submit clearance and access information using the appropriate government database and other information systems\n * Provide facility security administration, documentation, and support: implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOP); conduct SCI and SAP security program self-inspections\n * Pursue and obtain customer accreditation for Sensitive Compartmented Information Facilities (SCIFs) and Special Access Program Facilities (SAPFs) in accordance with SCI and SAP DoD Manuals, IC Tech Spec, and other government requirements\n * Manage and maintain UL-2050 Compliant Intrusion Detection Systems (IDS) and automated Access Control Systems (ACS)\n * Other duties as assigned\n\n\n\nThis position can be filled at either a Level 3 or Level 4.\n\nBasic Qualifications for Level 3:\n\n * Bachelor\u2019s degree with 5 years of professional experience \u2013 OR \u2013 Master\u2019s degree with 3 years of professional experience \u2013 OR \u2013 PhD with 1 year of professional experience\n * Will consider an additional four years of professional experience in lieu of a degree\n * Requires an active U.S. Government DoD Top-Secret security clearance at time of application, current and within scope, with the ability to obtain and maintain SCI approval/access\n * Must have knowledge and familiarity with the CFR 32 part 117 (NISPOM); Intelligence Community Directives (ICD); DoD Manuals, and other related security requirements\n * Contractor Program Security Officer (CPSO) experience working within a SCIF or SAPF\n * Excellent written and oral communication skills\n * Experience with Desktop Computer and Microsoft Office products\n\n\n\nBasic Qualifications for Level 4:\n\n * Bachelor\u2019s degree with 8 years of professional experience \u2013 OR \u2013 Master\u2019s degree with 6 years of professional experience \u2013 OR \u2013 PhD with 4 years of professional experience\n * Will consider an additional four years of professional experience in lieu of a degree\n * Requires an active U.S. Government DoD Top-Secret security clearance at time of application, current and within scope, with the ability to obtain and maintain SCI approval/access\n * Must have knowledge and familiarity with the CFR 32 part 117 (NISPOM); Intelligence Community Directives (ICD); DoD Manuals, and other related security requirements\n * Contractor Program Security Officer (CPSO) experience working within a SCIF or SAPF\n * Excellent written and oral communication skills\n * Experience with Desktop Computer and Microsoft Office products\n\n\n\nPreferred Qualifications: \n\n * Active TS/SCI with a current Polygraph\n * Experience with SIMS and/or Government Security Databases\n\n\n\nCurious about all the exciting developments with the Northrop Grumman Space Sector? For more information on our Total Rewards package, please visit our Total Rewards site.\n\nNorthrop Grumman Total Rewards\n\nPrimary Level Salary Range: $94,200.00 - $141,200.00\n\nSecondary Level Salary Range: $117,500.00 - $176,300.00\n\nThe above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate\u0027s experience, education, skills and current market conditions.\n\nDepending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
