Job Description - Industrial Service Coordinator

INDUSTRIAL SERVICE COORDINATOR – HAWAII REGION

If you would enjoy working with a small but mighty global family business and you bring a solid knowledge of electro-mechanical systems, industrial equipment, pumps, motors, VFD’s, plumbing, generators, hydraulics, pneumatics, PLC systems to the table, you should apply… now.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DETAILS:

2- years of successful service coordination or service management experience, preferably in industrial or government/Federal applications.
Background/troubleshooting experience in mechanical, plumbing, electrical, or electronic systems (a plus).
Ability to obtain and maintain military base passes and other required access credentials.
Coordinate and schedule repairs and preventative maintenance visits.
Communicate with customers and EST Team, keeping them informed of updates, costs, and timelines.
Ensure proper documentation and completion of all contractual scope of work, including warranties and service dates.
Monitor, resolve, and escalate customer complaints.
Relocation assistance available.
Pay depends on experience and skill level.

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

Assist the regional supervisor in ensuring 100% completion of contractual and quality service requirements.
Order repair materials and ensure parts are available for service technicians before scheduled work.
Review and ensure the accuracy of paperwork submitted by service technicians.
Generate service, parts, and installation quotes as directed.
Provide administrative support to field service technicians via phone or in-person.
Maintain metrics and cost controls to monitor regional performance.
Utilize evolving technology to carry out job requirements effectively.
Assist in developing new SOPs as required.

Strong customer service skills with a team-player mindset.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Associate or bachelor’s degree (preferred) or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
Ability to work independently and adapt quickly to a changing environment.
Fluent in English, both verbal and written.
A valid driver’s license with an excellent driving record.
Ability to lift 50 pounds and occasionally up to 100 pounds, work outside under various environmental conditions with potential exposure to hazardous materials and equipment, maneuver around moving objects, vehicles and machinery, and climb ladders with a 300 pound weight limit.
