Location: Boonville, MO 
Shifts Available: 2nd Shift (M-TH 2-10 PM & FRI 7:30 AM – 2 PM) OR Overnight (SUN-TH 10 PM – 6 AM)
Salary: $30-$37/hr.+ Quarterly & Annual Incentives (Typically, an additional $2,500-5,000/yr)  
Total Compensation: $65,000-$80,000

Industrial Technician (maintenance exp. req.) Responsibilities

•    Evaluate industrial equipment including motors, pumps, and conveyors 
•    Provide technical support to maintain and upgrade systems 
•    Identify and troubleshoot technical problems 
•    Sustain maximum production and quality
•    Perform preventive maintenance checks and inspections 
•    Examine equipment after repairs, changeovers or extended downtime
•    Inform plant manager of repeated equipment malfunctions
•    Prepare and set up machinery for scheduled production runs
•    Support Maintenance Supervisor with additional tasks as needed

Industrial Technician (maintenance exp. req.) Qualifications

•    2+ years of industrial maintenance experience required 
•    Background troubleshooting mechanical systems required
