Job Description - Industrial X-ray Service Technician (m/f/d)

Installation, maintenance and repair of industrial X-ray systems at our customers' site focusing on safety, quality and timely delivery
Updates of existing X-ray systems at our customers
Execution of customer trainings and acceptance tests
Responding to customer issues and questions
Telephone and remote customer support in the event of system failures
Contacting other resources as needed to resolve issue/problem
Completing required documentation
International travel

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a repair or similar environment
X-Ray / Electronic / Electrical / Mechanical support experience
Proficient in diagnosing failures in systems
Familiarity and awareness of high voltage systems
Ability to read and understand electrical schematics
Above average computer skills including Microsoft Office software
Knowledge of industrial X-ray equipment preferred
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Effective communicator in writing and orally (English)
Customer friendly personality
Ability to perform duties independently, reliably, and with minimal supervision
Willingness and ability to travel, primarily domestically
