Piping Foreman – Industrial / Mechanical

We are seeking an experienced Piping Foreman to lead piping crews on industrial and mechanical projects. This role requires strong technical expertise, hands-on leadership, and an unwavering commitment to jobsite safety.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate piping craft personnel in the field


• Plan and execute work using drawings, specifications, and scope documents


• Oversee installation of steam and condensate systems, carbon steel, stainless steel, and copper piping, including soldering and brazing


• Coordinate AHU tie-ins and stainless steel piping connections


• Lead daily work planning, crew layout, and productivity tracking


• Ensure materials, tools, equipment, and drawings are available when needed


• Enforce safety programs and maintain compliance with OSHA, ASME, and ANSI codes


• Work closely with the Superintendent and project team to meet schedule and quality goals


• Mentor and develop craft employees

Qualifications:

• 5+ years’ experience as a Piping Foreman on industrial or mechanical projects


• Strong knowledge of steam/condensate piping and multiple pipe materials


• Proven leadership and crew management skills


• Solid understanding of construction sequencing and safety practices


• OSHA 30 preferred


• Basic proficiency with Outlook / MS Office
