We’re looking for a warm, attentive, and dependable Infant Caregiver to join our passionate early childhood team full-time. If you believe every baby deserves to feel safe, loved, and encouraged every single day, this might be the role for you.

You Might Be the Right Candidate if you:

• Have experience in a child care or infant room setting
• Are patient, reliable, and genuinely love caring for young children
• Enjoy singing lullabies and getting lots of baby giggles
• Can navigate bottles, toys, and daily routines with a steady hand and a warm heart
• Communicate with warmth and professionalism across all ages and backgrounds

What You’ll Do:

• Create a nurturing and responsive environment for infants 6 weeks to 18 months
• Provide consistent care including feeding, diapering, napping, and engaging play
• Monitor developmental milestones and adapt activities to support each child’s growth
• Foster open communication with parents and fellow staff
• Ensure the health, safety, and cleanliness of the classroom environment

Salary & Benefits:

This Full Time position (40 hours per week) is Monday- Friday, 7:30am – 6:00 with a flex schedule. The pay range for this role is $17.50 - $20.00 per hour and is based on experience. Requirements

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent is required
• Experience working with young children, especially infants, is strongly preferred
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Strong organizational and teamwork skills
• Flexibility, empathy, and a commitment to the Y’s mission
