At DKZ Children's Classic, our vision is to make the MAGIC of PLAY a priority in all facets of life. Our Infant Team plays a vital role in building strong foundations through connection, sensory exploration, and responsive caregiving.

We are seeking a warm, dependable, and nurturing Lead Infant Teacher / Infant Caregiver to join our high-quality early childhood program.

✨ We are willing to train the right candidate who has a heart for infants and a desire to grow in early childhood education.

👶 What You’ll Do:

• Provide attentive, loving care for infants ages 0–12 months


• Follow individualized feeding, diapering, and sleep schedules


• Document daily routines and developmental milestones


• Support cognitive, sensory, and motor development


• Engage infants through tummy time, music, sensory play, language-rich interaction, and bonding


• Maintain a clean, organized, and state-licensed classroom


• Build trusting relationships with families through daily communication

🎓 Qualifications:

• Experience in infant care, childcare, or early childhood education preferred (but not required — we will train the right person!)


• Patient, calm, and nurturing demeanor


• Strong communication and teamwork skills


• Ability to stay organized in a structured, fast-paced environment


• Familiarity with licensing regulations


• Current Food Handler’s Permit required
