Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and energetic Infant Teacher to join our team! You will be responsible for encouraging children’s intellectual, psychological, and physical growth. The ideal candidate is nurturing, patient, and creative. If you have a passion for helping children learn and reach their potential, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities

Plan games and activities that are developmentally appropriate

Provide basic care and caregiving activities

Evaluate children to ensure they are reaching developmental milestones

Communicate with parents and update them on their children’s activities through an app

Qualifications

Previous experience as a daycare teacher or childcare provider

Strong understanding of child development

Patient, kind, and nurturing

Team player

Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills

First aid/CPR certified

Compensation: $16.00 per hour

About Us

At Kinder College, we care for children 6 weeks- 13 years. Offering Full Time and Part Time Care Monday-Friday. We also offer drop-in care for school-age children when their school is closed on holidays and offer Summer Camp during the summer months!

Our Philosophy at Kinder College is to provide a "Home Away from Home" that respects the child's family and reinforces the importance of the parent-child relationships.

Owner

Karen Spisak is the Owner of Kinder College. She teaches a Pre-Kindergarten class, therefore is in the building each day. Karen opened up Kinder College in 2005. She also owns another facility in Edison, it has been in business since 1990.

Lauren Giunta is the Director of Kinder College. She has been running the office since 2008. She has her Bachelor's Degree in Food Science and Managaement. She has two children, both attend Kinder College.
