Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic Teaching Assistant to join our team! As a Teaching Assistant, you will assist the classroom teacher with classroom duties and caring for the children in care. Our goal is to create a loving and safe environment. The ideal candidate is compassionate, creative, patient and able to handle caring for young children.

Responsibilities:

Track feeding and Diapering

Supervise infants and ensure they receive proper care

Maintain clean and neat nursery

Assist lead teacher in daily tasks

Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED required

Previous experience as a teaching assistant is preferred

Understanding of child development principles and best practices in education and classroom management

Knowledge of classroom health, safety, and sanitation guidelines and ability to closely adhere to the guidelines

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Energetic and positive attitude

Ability to pass a background check

Compensation: $15.00 per hour
