Compensation: $18 - 24 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, No Nights or Weekends!

What You’ll Do

Lead and manage the infant classroom with warmth and professionalism

Create a safe, nurturing, and developmentally appropriate environment

Plan and implement engaging activities that support infant growth

Communicate daily with families about their child’s care and milestones

Collaborate with assistant teachers and school leadership

Qualifications

High school diploma required

Associate or Bachelor’s in Early Childhood Education (preferred)

CDA credential (preferred)

1–2 years of experience in infant care (preferred)

Completion of state-required pre-service training

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and safely handle infants

Meets background check eligibility
