About the Position:
We’re hiring both full-time and part-time Infant Teachers to join our caring, energetic team. You'll work with infants ranging from 2 months to 18 months, helping to create a warm, safe, and developmentally appropriate classroom environment. Whether you're looking for a consistent full-time role or a flexible part-time schedule, we have a spot for you!
Responsibilities:
- Nurture and care for infants’ daily needs (feeding, diapering, napping)
- Build strong, loving bonds and provide responsive caregiving
- Plan and engage infants in age-appropriate, sensory-rich activities
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom environment
- Document developmental milestones and daily notes
- Communicate with families using our parent app
- Collaborate with your co-teachers and leadership team
- Attend meetings and participate in ongoing training opportunities
What You Bring:
- High school diploma or GED (CDA or ECE coursework preferred)
- Experience with infants in a licensed childcare setting (preferred)
- Ability to pass state and federal background checks
- A calm, nurturing, and dependable presence
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- A growth mindset and love for early learning
