What It Means to Be an On-Call Nanny:

As an on-call nanny, you’ll step in to provide consistent, loving care to families as needed. Your primary focus is on the children's well-being and safety, without additional household duties. Each day will bring new opportunities to work with different families and engage with children through developmental activities.

Here’s what your typical day might look like:

Leading engaging, hands-on activities to match a child’s age and interests.
Preparing meals/snacks for the child and helping with basic cleanup after shared activities.
Providing nurturing care for infants — including feeding, diaper changes, and soothing routines.

What We’re Looking For:

Age & Eligibility: You must be 18 years or older and eligible to work in the U.S.
Must reside in the city of San Francisco.
Flexible Schedule: You’re available 3-5 days per week between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM.
Infant Expertise: You have experience with children ages 0-3 years and can provide 3 references from previous paid or unpaid roles. Infant care is a must!
Safety First: You are CPR/First Aid certified or willing to become certified before your first assignment.
