About Us
Footprints to Success Learning Center offers a truly new, innovative, and affordable option in childcare and early childhood education. By us being so grounded in individualized care, we offer a unique experience for children catering to each of their unique learning styles, characteristics, culture, and needs ― ensuring they develop the important skills that last a lifetime. We've been helping families across Anne Arundel County embrace this concept since 2008.
Our vision to help children to succeed from the start is what drives us every day. It’s important to us not only that children be in an environment with an array of learning opportunities which they can choose but that they receive the very best care and attention while in that environment to emulate the care and attention they would receive at home.
A rewarding career in childcare
There are tons of reasons why you might be interested in a career in childcare. Working in early childhood education is a perfect opportunity to help shape the lives of the future.
At Footprints to Success there's nothing more important to us than assisting and supporting parents in nurturing the development and growth of their children so that they appropriately grow and learn the important skills they'll
need for their future.
We're all about offering parents and their children a high-quality program that is proactive and developmentally appropriate, providing learning experiences in a variety of activities all promoting mental, physical, emotional, and social development in children. We believe it takes a village to raise a child and standing at the heart of this is the idea of an integrated approach beginning with our people being closely connected with parents collaborating together to give their children the best individualized care and support.
Is childcare the career for you
Footprints to Success is always looking for enthusiastic qualified professionals who enjoy working in childcare; who understand the uniqueness in children and are willing to embrace making a difference in the lives of the children and families we have here at our center all with a smile.
We want our staff to see nurturing and the developing of each child the same as that of a parent. The nurturing of a child’s learning and development is based on knowledge of each child’s unique learning style, development needs, characteristics, and culture. This individualized nurturing is only realized through forming close partnerships with parents to best meet each child's needs.
