Infant Room Lead Teacher

As a Lead Teacher, you’ll create a warm, engaging environment for our youngest learners while supporting our mission to provide nature-based, high-quality care and education.

What We’re Looking For:

• A caring professional with experience in an infant classroom setting.


• Strong understanding of Georgia Licensing Rules and Quality Rated standards.


• A team player who brings a positive attitude and helps build a supportive, collaborative environment.


• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build trusting relationships with families.


• Dependable, organized, and committed to providing a safe and loving classroom environment.

Qualifications:

• CDA or higher in Early Childhood Education (or willing to obtain).


• Minimum 1 year of experience working with infants in a licensed childcare center.


• Knowledge of Georgia Bright from the Start regulations and Quality Rated expectations.


• CPR/First Aid certification.
