Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and energetic infant teacher to join our team! You will be responsible for encouraging children’s intellectual, psychological, and physical growth. The ideal candidate is nurturing, patient, and creative. If you have a passion for helping children learn and reach their potential, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities
- Plan games and activities that are developmentally appropriate
- Design a daily and weekly schedule
- Provide basic care and caregiving activities
- Evaluate children to ensure they are reaching developmental milestones
- Communicate with parents and update them on their children’s activities
- Feeding schedule
- Diaper changes
- Maintain a clean and safe environment
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a daycare teacher or childcare provider
- Strong understanding of child development
- Patient, kind, and nurturing
- Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills
- First aid/CPR certified
- Bright from the Start rules and regulations as required (Infants)
About Leaders of Tomorrow Learning Academy in Austell
We are a creative based daycare in Austell and our creative curriculum includes a range of developmentally appropriate goals and objectives for children within four main categories of interest: social/emotional, physical, cognitive, and language.
We care for children from when they are infants up to 12 years old and provide a range of age-appropriate resources and activities to encourage their development during their time with us!

Our Facilities
As soon as you enter the Leaders of Tomorrow Learning Academy, you will notice that our facility looks and feels like home. We do all we can to inspire the children who visit our facility so they can be truly happy and grow as passionate, unique people.
The decor is based around bright vivid primary colors and shades, and our space has been designed to create an engaging, safe and comfortable learning environment. The numerous windows throughout our building fill the school with bright natural sunlight throughout the day! Studies have shown that children become far more inspired in bright and vibrant locations that pique their interest and creativity.
Outside of our building and on our property is a set of 2 different playgrounds, with one for older and one for younger children. The property itself is quaint and located in a quiet, safe, and peaceful region of Georgia.
