Our Infant Care Program (ICP) classrooms are very well-run, have student/teacher ratios of 5 to 1 and allow two teachers to nurture and bond with our amazing kids. We have the structure of established daily routines but are also flexible to the individual needs of families. We have veteran lead teachers in all of our programs - each with multiple years of experience at our center - who are ready to partner with and support you. We are big on being a drama-free community where we all pull in the same direction of "The Kids Come First" while also supporting our crew members in and outside the classroom to protect your work-life balance.

We are looking for a warm, friendly and professional Infant Lead who,

a) Can identify and support the developmental needs of INFANTS.

b) Will reliably show up, prepared to co-pilot the classroom.

c) Values BOTH sides of the work-life balance.
