Infant Teacher

We're looking for a loving, attentive, and reliable Infant Teacher to join our joyful and mission-driven team.

What You'll Do:

• Provide a safe, clean, and engaging environment for infants aged 6 weeks to 16 months


• Follow individualized care routines (feeding, diapering, napping) with love and consistency


• Create rich, sensory-based experiences that support early developmental milestones


• Build strong partnerships with parents through daily updates and open communication


• Maintain a calm, nurturing atmosphere where every baby feels secure and seen


• Work as a team with co-teachers and leadership to uphold the highest standards of care
  

What You Bring:

• A genuine love for infants and a calm, patient demeanor


• Previous experience working with infants in a licensed childcare setting


• Infant/Toddler CDA or equivalent coursework (preferred)


• CPR, First Aid, and MAT certifications (or willingness to obtain)


• Strong attendance and a commitment to consistency (our babies count on you!)


• Ability to communicate positively with parents and teammates

Preferred Job Qualifications:

• BA Degree in Childhood Education or a closely related field / CDA


• Passion for teaching and working with children in group settings and individually


• Excellent customer service skills in person and on the phone


• Comfortable with the team-based work structure


• Ability to demonstrate flexibility on the job


• Strong written and verbal skills


• Initiative, conscientiousness, and comprehensive follow-through in areas of responsibility


• Excellent health and agility to perform job responsibilities of a teacher of young children


• Ability to consistently model superior teaching and caregiving skills
