Job Description:
We are seeking dedicated and passionate Infant, Toddler, and Preschool Teachers to join our early childhood education team. The ideal candidates will create a nurturing and stimulating environment that fosters the growth and development of young children.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities that promote cognitive, social, and emotional development.
- Create a safe, welcoming, and engaging classroom environment for infants, toddlers, and preschoolers.
- Observe and assess children's development and progress, providing feedback to parents and guardians.
- Foster positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues to support a collaborative learning community.
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom, ensuring all materials and resources are safe and accessible.
- Collaborate with other educators and staff to enhance the overall educational experience.
Skills and Qualifications:
- CDA, associate or bachelor's degree in early childhood education or a related field preferred.
- Experience working with infants, toddlers, and preschool-aged children.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to create engaging and developmentally appropriate activities.
- Knowledge of child development principles and best practices in early childhood education.
- Patience, creativity, and a genuine love for working with young children.
