Infant / Toddler Teacher

Kiddie Academy of Huntington Beach is looking to hire enthusiastic, caring, and reliable candidates that love children.

We have an immediate opening for a qualified Infant/Toddler Teacher. Candidates are required to have ALL 12 early childhood education units including the Infant/Toddler class. Some experience is preferred, but not required. Applicants must be comfortable working with infants, be friendly, nurturing, and outgoing with excellent communication skills.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS FOR PRESCHOOL TEACHERS:

Have at least 12 ECE units including the 4 core classes:

*Child development

*Curriculum

*Child family & Community

*Infant/Toddler

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Supervise children at all times to provide a safe and developmentally appropriate environment.

Nurture and interact with children meeting all their needs (e.g. physical, emotional, social, academic, etc.) Must be able to follow an activity schedule, while bringing your own creativity. Must work well as part of a team, while providing excellent customer service. Most importantly, must love kids.

FULL TIME ONLY

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $24.00 per hour (depending on education and experience)
