Job Description - Infant/Toddler Assistant

We are seeking a compassionate, reliable, and enthusiastic Infant/Toddler Assistant to support our Montessori Lead guide. The assistant will help create a calm, safe, and engaging environment for children 0 - 3 years.

Rsponsibilities:

Assist the lead guide in maintaining clean organized, and developmentally appropriate classroom.

Observe children and support independence and self-care (diapers and toileting).

Model gentle, respectful behavior and language at all times.

Experience working with children 0-3,

CRP/First Aid
A deep respect for young children and a desire to support their development.
