About the Role:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Infant/Toddler Lead Teacher to join our team at Sleepy Hollow Day Care Center in Huntingtown, MD. This is an exciting opportunity to make a difference in the lives of young children and be a part of a nurturing and supportive work environment.




Responsibilities:

  • Create and implement developmentally appropriate lesson plans

  • Provide a safe and nurturing environment for infants and toddlers

  • Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers

  • Observe and document children's progress and behavior

  • Supervise and engage children in indoor and outdoor activities

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience working with infants and toddlers

  • MSDE certified as Lead Teacher

  • Positive and patient demeanor with a love for working with young children

  • CPR and First Aid certification
