 We are currently looking for an engaged, fun-loving, caring infant/toddler teachers to become part of our team! 

Who we are: Kids Junction Learning Center is a Christian, state licensed learning center offering a rich preschool experience as well as childcare services. We provide nurturing childcare for infants and toddlers. Within our preschool curriculum we offer language arts, math, science, character building, physical education, field trips and exciting enrichment programs. Our school-age program provides afterschool care for children from many area schools. Additionally, we have a large summer camp program for kids entering kindergarten through 14 years old.

We are conveniently located inside the Princeton Club on Madison’s west side. Our location gives prime access to bus lines, the belt line, and bike trails. Our beltline access connects most nearby neighborhoods and towns in 10-15 minutes! About the job:  The primary responsibilities of our Infant & Toddler Teachers are to support the developmental milestones with each child as they learn through their first year. Our center offers care for infants and toddlers ages 6 weeks-1.5 years. Our priority for each day is creating a unique and stimulating environment of play, music, and language repetition; including the use of stories, blocks, table toys, music and movement. Teachers my provide supervision outside the classroom by utilizing our infant play areas and taking children on walks. Teachers will also assist with feeding and general infant care throughout the day. Pay rate is based on education, experience, and Registry Level.  

Preferred Skills and Competencies: 

• Have a strong passion and calling to impact children’s lives
• Have the Infant/Toddler, Assistant Teacher and Lead Teacher course or be willing to complete necessary coursework
• Have experience working the fields of early childhood or education
• Ability to foster teamwork and thrive in a collaborative environment
• Hold a high school degree or equivalent
• Be age 18 years or older

Terms of Employment: 

• Full-time; Monday-Friday
• $17.00-$24.00 per hour
