Infant/Toddler Teacher Assistant, Portage, WI

Infant/Toddler Teacher Assistant in Portage: Assists in two Early Head Start Classrooms of 8 children in each classroom. Assists the Teachers in providing high quality services for infants and toddlers using the Frogstreet curriculum in a full-day, full-year program. Emphasis on education, health, nutrition and family engagement. Position available now. Teacher Assistant assists with 3-5 year old program as needed also. The classroom is open 7:00am-5:30pm Monday through Friday, the teacher assistant position is 40 hours per week. Wage is $16.00 per hour. Teacher Assistant position is eligible for monthly incentive payments through June 2025, which could be up to $300 additional per month.
