Job Description - Infection Control/Staff Development Manager

Infection Control Manager/Staff Development Manager needed for long term care facility. Duties will include daily facility compliance rounds; administration and documentation of vaccinations; responsible for facility Infection Control Report (weekly/monthly); administering/tracking new admission vaccinations according to facility policy; Antibiotic Stewardship (teaching & monitoring); teaching of infection control expectations; Skills Check-Off for nursing staff.

The ideal candidate:
Must be a licensed RN or LPN and in good standing with the Alabama Board of Nursing
Must be ENERGETIC
Must be SELF MOTIVATED
Must be PROFICIENT
**Infection Control management experience preferred.**
