COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

REQUIRED PROCEDURES
• Consults and management of infectious disease patients
• Inpatient rounding and follow-up consults
• Outpatient coverage as needed
JOB REQUIREMENTS
• Licenses: Active Maryland license required (IMLC not accepted)
• Board: Board Certified in Infectious Disease
• DEA: Active DEA Certification required
• Certifications: CSR License required
• Experience: Minimum 1 year
• Other Qualifications: Proficiency with Meditech and Epic EMR
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Round on inpatients and respond to consult requests
• Provide infectious disease coverage Monday through Friday, 8a – 5p
• Manage average 2 admissions during call hours
• Cover inpatient and outpatient infectious disease needs during provider PTO
• Collaborate with hospital staff and other specialties as needed
• Work independently as the sole covering physician
