Job Description - Infiniti Sales Consultant

Join our team at Hyman Bros Infiniti as a Sales Consultant. We are a multi-generation family-owned dealer group with over 70 years in the automotive business. We serve the greater Richmond area as well as our large network of nationwide customers. We are looking for motivated professionals who are passionate about providing exceptional customer service and helping clients find the perfect vehicle
 

 

Responsibilities


  • Greet Customer in a friendly manner and listen to their requirements

  • Match Customer's vehicle needs with current inventory

  • Accompany customers on test drives and demonstrate vehicle features and technology

  • Follow guidelines for handling internet inquiries

  • Assist customers in the showroom and build rapport for referrals

  • Stay updated on industry standards and best practices

  • Complete training classes and certifications

Requirements


  • Valid Drivers License

  • Ability to pass a background check and drug test

Preferred Qualifications


  • Virginia DMV Auto Sales License

  • Automotive Sales Experience

Pay: Salary + Commission (NOT A DRAW)

Schedule: A/B Team, 1 Week Day off, Closed Sundays

Here at Hyman Bros Infiniti we have a very tight knit professional environment. The performance standard will always be high, but you will not be viewed as a number on the floor. We typically have no more than 6 sales consultants on our team at a time with an inventory of 450+ (New & Used) units to sell from. We prefer our new hires to have previous auto sales experience with a track record of great success, but we are more than happy to train the right candidates. Come talk to us.
