Influencer Program Manager

Job Description

This role exists to maintain and improve the Global Micro Influencer Program in
conjunction with the regional Athlete and Entertainment Marketing teams to play a
crucial part of building our talent funnel. This role is responsible for reporting on
learnings and key takeaways in order to better support the larger Partnerships vision.

Responsibilities

• Supporting and growing the Global Micro Influencer program

• Manage a team of Creator Program Associates

• Improve processes and platforms to enable scale and efficiency

• Manage the budget allocated to the Creator Program by the Head of
  Influence

• Reporting to a variety of key stakeholders on the program performance,
  utilizing Brand and Commercial KPIs

• Liaise with key stakeholders and teams to ensure the program is integrated
  in all internal reporting platforms through accurate data

• Identifying unique ways to expand the network of creators through creator lead
  initiatives, commercial incentives and innovative levers

• Ensuring the program is highly competitive within the industry and
  constantly bring a high volume of new creators within out network

• Ensuring the program is highly profitable from a commercial perspective

• Participating in greater brand department meetings to discuss campaign
  strategy relevant to the Micro Influencer Program
  

Requirements

• 4+ years’ experience in social media or influencer/entertainment marketing

• 2+ years’ experience of managing a team of 3+ members

• Demonstrated ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment

• Ability to identify rising stars and emerging talent that fit our brand
  culture and narrative

• Ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to meet and
  exceed goals

• Comfortable with analytics, data management and software management
