Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Infor M3 Sr. Finance Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Infor M3 Finance support, with specific expertise in on-premise implementations. You will be responsible for managing finance modules, handling support requests, and ensuring seamless financial operations within the M3 environment. This role requires a blend of technical proficiency, finance domain expertise, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
Infor M3 Support:
Provide expert support for Infor M3 Finance modules including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), Fixed Assets (FA), and Taxation.
Handle support requests at various levels (L1, L2, and L3) to ensure timely resolution of issues.
Technical Expertise:
Utilize in-depth knowledge of the M3 database to perform troubleshooting, optimizations, and enhancements.
Engage in building and uploading Smart Data Tools for financial reporting.
Finance Domain:
Leverage 4-6 years of finance domain experience to provide practical solutions and insights.
Manage costing, particularly in Food & Beverage (F&B) and protein sectors.
Project Management:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align finance operations with overall business strategies.
Work in shifts as required by project demands to ensure continuous support and availability.
Communication:
Exhibit strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders, including clients and internal teams.
Document processes, solutions, and best practices comprehensively.

Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Commerce or a related field.
Experience:
5-7 years of experience as an M3 Finance Support Consultant with hands-on experience in Infor M3 on-premise.
Minimum of 4-6 years in the finance domain, with specific experience in AP, AR, GL, and taxation modules.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in managing and troubleshooting M3 databases.
Experience with Smart Data Tool for financial reporting.
Other Requirements:
Ability to work in rotating shifts as per project needs.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills:
Specialized experience in costing within the Food & Beverage industry, particularly with protein.
Prior involvement in financial reporting and data tool integration.
