Doctor Eleks is looking for a Trainee Information Developer (Technical Writer) in Ukraine.
ABOUT PROJECT
Doctor ELEKS is a smart medical information system that allows healthcare organizations to deliver improved patient care at a lowered cost by automating and streamlining complex operating processes and clinical data management practices.
The mission of the product is to accelerate the quality and value of healthcare service delivery.
REQUIREMENTS
- Strong written Ukrainian skills – ability to create clear, concise, and grammatically correct technical documentation
- Basic understanding of software development processes and interest in the healthcare IT domain
- Attention to detail and ability to follow existing documentation standards and style guides
- Basic experience with documentation tools (e.g., Microsoft Word)
- Analytical thinking and willingness to learn how to present complex technical information in a user-friendly way
- Teamwork and communication skills – ability to collaborate with developers, QA engineers, and business analysts
- Intermediate or higher level of English
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Follow a standardized process to edit and deliver software documentation
- Manage the process of creating internal documentation
- Translate and edit technical texts
- Creating release notes and video instructions
- Develop different types of documentation in Ukrainian and English
- Create documentation templates
- Collect information through product documentation, requirements, and SME interviews
- Effectively structure, organize, and communicate technical information to best meet the needs of product audience
- Convert complex technical information into easily understood content through diagrams and graphics
