This role is essential to maintaining data integrity, operational efficiency, and timely information flow across departments.
Process, verify, and enter information into company databases and systems
Review documents for accuracy, completeness, and compliance
Update and maintain digital and physical records
Scan, index, and archive documents as required
Identify and correct data discrepancies or missing information
